PROJECT: ID4D logo refresh

The goal was to give a light refresh to an existing chunky logo. Colors were updated to meet standards of the overarching World Bank Group brand guidelines. The font was reworked to be more modern and less chunky. The main identifier, the first "D", was updated to break away from the biometric "thumbprint" and convey a digital world where multiple areas of identification apply.
